I am in this field for more than 12 years and everyone asks me what are the benefits of personal training
So with few to name the benefits  are…..

1. Motivation – By seeing someone who is your role model it gives you motivation to become like them, they educated you in physical strengths.

2. Effective Workouts – Today’s hectic lifestyle means you don’t have time to waste on ineffective exercise routines. Personal trainers help  to maximize your time by providing workouts designed to meet your goals quickly and efficiently.

3. Safety – Whatever you choose any kind of exercises you need proper guidance and knowledge about that exercises your performing or any instrument’s your using should be safe.

4. Consistency – This is necessary, it is about how dedicated you are towards your own strengths and this  is only you and the trainer will do.

5. Supervision – Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers. Need someone to spot you while you do pull-ups? Looking for feedback on your running form? No problem-that’s what your personal trainer is for- to observe, assist and, if necessary, correct as needed.

6. Injury Rehabilitation – Injuries and accidents can prevent you from participating in your favorite activities. An experienced personal trainer, however, can make the road to recovery a smooth one by recommending exercises that emphasize overall muscular balance to prevent future injuries.
